Problem Note 64937: Some SAS® web applications do not open when SAS® Home is not installed

If your environment does not include SAS Home, SAS web applications might sometimes fail to open. Typically, the log for the application contains a message that is similar to this one:

2019-08-13 18:56:41,170 [tomcat-http--42] WARN  [ST-265-3248ljfjsldifj-sasdemo] com.sas.svcs.cluster.httpinvoker.AutoDiscoveredHttpService - Have received 20 failures while trying to access an auto-discoverable service to satisfy request for 'com.sas.apps.vahub.midtier.services.HubAppInfoServiceInterface2'. Please ensure that the application and/or process surfacing this interface is still in the process of starting.
